Level of acidity brings an uplifting crispness of fresh lemon and bitter-sweet grape-fruit. Delicate hint of candied roses, strawberries and warm youthful blossom linger beautifully in the finish. Made in the infamous region of Osaka by Naniwa Brewery. Ginjyo is polished down to 50% of its original state, 10% higher than any other Ginjyo Sake available. Recommended to be served chilled.
