DULUTH MIDDLE SCHOOL INLINE HOCKEY TEAM TRYOUT ANNOUNCEMENT
It’s that time of year again – Back to school and the start-up to the 2012-2013 hockey season. The Duluth Middle School Wildcats Inline Hockey Team is a proud member of the AARHO (Atlanta Area Roller Hockey Organization) www.aarho.com. Equally proud, The Duluth Middle School team has the continued endorsement and support of the legendary Gwinnett County Pinckney Park roller hockey organization known as: Peachtree Booster Club Roller Hockey. The AARHO is a highly competitive club league. While it consist of several divisions, ranging from Division 1A through 4A, the program is designed for players that understand the game of hockey and that are enthusiastic to push themselves to a higher playing level, regardless of which division assignment. Being club league, each player is responsible for their own equipment. Additionally, there are fees associated with playing within the AARHO, and such fee including: player registration fee, team registration fee, uniforms, and rink-time.
Tryout Date: Saturday, August 25, 2012 from 8:00am till 11:00am. Friday, August 31, 2012 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm Location of Tryouts: Pinckneyville Park Cost: There is no cost for tryouts. Tryout Equipment: At a minimum, each player must have inline skates, a helmet with mouth guard, and A hockey stick to participate in the tryouts.
NOTE: Due to the AARHO’s roster submission deadline of September 28, 2012, the above tryout dates are the only ones available at present. If an individual desires to try out for the team but is unable to attend the above dates, consideration may be given for one final tryout session prior to September 25, 2012.
