Tryout Dates June 12th 13th & 14th , 2012 The Tryout Process Tryouts will take place at Dynamo Park, 401 East 91st Street, Indianapolis, 46220. All players will have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities in Individual, Small Group & Large Group activities. Players may be offered a roster spot on a Dynamo team at anytime during the tryout process or up to 48 hours following its completion. Dynamo prides itself at providing licensed professional coaches and a learning environment focused on whole player development. Dynamo FC’s core values foster commitment, fair play, excellence and community in every player. Tryout Ages are defined as follows: U11: Children born After July 31st, 2001 through July 31st, 2002 u12: Children born After July 31st, 2000 through July 31st, 2001

Expectations Club: Dynamo works to provide the ideal soccer environment. To do so, Dynamo expects each family to volunteer time to the club, assist with fundraising & help out where needed. A minimum hour volunteer requirement must be agreed to by each family, which is detailed on our website. Commitment is for a full year, fall and spring seasons. Team: Players are expected to attend team training sessions, matches & scheduled functions. Details will be provided.

Fees Annual Fees:  $1,275 ($637 each season / $200 due upon acceptance)  Adidas uniform package: Approximately $200  Additional fees may apply for tournaments (approx. $30/tournament/child) and coach travel if applicable.  All families must register with the Blue Sombrero system, which is accessed through the Dynamo website: www.dynamofc.org  Check and Credit Cards accepted / Questions? Dynamo works to make fees simple with as little “hidden” costs as possible.  Training sessions: 3 weekly training sessions Calendar  Coaching staff including state and nationally licensed coaches and technical directors.  Winter Indoor Futsal League(this was additional fee last year; timing late Jan through March; weekend Dynamomatches) Calendar (Check Website for Revisions throughout Year)  Winter indoor training sessions / including turf fees if required  9 League Games (ICL), including end of year tournament within league.  4 tournaments per year (coaches travel cost is separate)  ICL League Fees / State Registration Fees / Referee Fees  Upkeep for Dynamo’s best in class fields and administration of the Club.

Dynamo FC Scholarship Opportunities: Dynamo FC has scholarship opportunities each calendar year. All families must complete the scholarship application form and submit to the club prior to August 1. All families must pay the non-refundable deposit in order to be considered for a scholarship. Scholarship Form can be found on the Dynamo Website.

Injury and Release Policy: Please review Dynamo FC injury and release policy found on the website. The commitment to the Dynamo club is for a full year.

Tryout Acceptance - Required once your child makes a team

You will receive a “tryout acceptance” email from your organization. This email will contain steps to accept your position on a team and set up your account for your balance for the season. Note: If you know that your child has made a specific team, and you have not received the tryout acceptance email: 1. Check your spam/junk mail folder for the email 2. Check your account to make sure you signed up for tryouts via your website 3. Contact Keith Pempek 465.0558 and check to see if they have assigned players to teams via the website The initial fee balance is subject to change as tournaments are added for specific age groups.

Club Wide Organizational Meetings Where: University High School 2825 West 116th Street Carmel, IN: When: Boys June 20 from 6pm to 8:30pm Girls June 21 from 6pm to 8:30pm What to bring: 1) Medical release (notarized) and consent form (Available on dynamo website under Forms) 2) Deposit check made payable to dynamo for $200 3) Copy of your child’s birth certificate (if player did NOT play at dynamo 2011-2012). 4) 1"x1" photo for your child's player card
