[email protected]. 2. The City’s Eagle Scout Committee will review your application. 3. A committee member will notify you of the result of the review. 4. If acceptable you will be invited to present your project proposal at the next City Council meeting when it can reasonably be scheduled. (Please note: The Eagle Scout Committee might have a need to meet with you prior to the City Council meeting. If this is needed you will be contacted to arrange this meeting.) 5. Please bring a parent or Scout leader to the City Council meeting which typically begin at 7:00 pm. 6. During the public comment section at the beginning of the City Council meeting please stand and present your project. 7. Please wear your Scout uniform for this presentation. 8.
