Embroidery Club October 2015 Fall Word Art Wall Hanging Supply List Fabrics and Notions needed: •
Embroidery machine with a 6x9” (240x150) or larger embroidery hoop: designs for the 6x9’, 7x12’, and 8x12” embroidery field are available.

Floriani Chrome Embroidery needle size 75/11

Fabrics for project: 1. 1 rectangle 15x20” Osnaberg for embroidery 2. 2 strips 1” by WOF coordinating solid or near solid good quality 100% cotton for inner border 3. 2 strips 2” by WOF coordinating solid or near solid good quality 100% cotton for second border 4. 5/8 yard print for backing and binding. Don’t use a directional print.

1 piece batting at least 15x20”. I recommend Floriani Embroidery Batting.

Med Orange--pumpkin 5. Variegated—yellows and golds 6. Lt. Orange--pumpkin 7. Clay Brown 8. Eggshell—candy corn 9. Golden yellow—candy corn 10. Dk. Orange—candy corn 11. Variegated—orange and golds 12. Lt Avocado Green--leaves 13. Dk Avocado Green--leaves 14. Khaki--acorns 15. Milk Chocolate--acorns
We will not complete the wall hanging in class. You will receive directions on how to finish the door hanging. The fabric amounts given are for the 8x12” hoop size. You will need to wash, iron and treat the Osnaberg fabric with Terial Magic before class.
