The NC1X Series is designed to resist deflection, and provide accurate pressings and longer die life, even at full tonnage loads. The heavy, one-piece welded steel frame is fully stress relieved and designed to provide a stable base for the NC1X Series presses.

Box type gibs assure accurate slide guiding, providing full control of front to back and left to right slide alignment. Extra long gibs fully guide the slide during the working cycle of the stroke and transmit power from crankshaft to the slide. Force is thereby delivered vertically, minimizing the material thrust found as the cause of friction in the gibs, and offcenter loads. Clearance settings (left to right) are accomplished by TAPER WEDGE DESIGN Original factory setting is maintained over long period of use.

NC1X SERIES
Reliveving the pressue of a tonnage overload in milliseconds, PRESSMASTER INSTACT overload system protects both press and toolings. In an overload condition, oil pressure in the cylinder is released and, simultaneously, the press stops. The reliable system device is quickly and easily reset in INCHING mode, inching the slide back to TDC re-activates the pump which will automatically build up the originally set hydraulic pressure to resume normal operation. Highly responsive with immediate oil dump feature, results from the instant reaction of a unique valve and pressure switch arrangement.

H.O.L.P. Oil Tank
An electric Motor driven HOLP combination system is used in conjuction with hydraulic motorised slide adjustment and for actuating hydraulic die clamping system. A UNIQUE C O M B I N AT I O N O F F E R I N G G R E AT VERSATILITY & SAVINGS (optional extra).
Panel houses Hydraulic pressure gauge indicating pressure in HOLP chamber. Gauges for indicating air pressure for Main air line supply, Air Clutch, Balancer & Die cushion are visible to operator from front of machine. Provision is also made to retrofit AIR RECEPTACLES for quick connection
