Tools for a Successful Roommate Relationship Why should you complete this agreement?
Living with other people and sharing a space mean that you and your roommate(s) will make numerous informal agreements such as: taking messages, visitors, using each other’s belongings, etc. Putting your understanding in writing is the best bet, because some verbal agreements are too easily forgotten or misinterpreted after the fact.
Helpful Tips!
• Friendships don’t happen instantly, give it time to grow • Be Respectful and open to different opinions • Consult your Resident Advisor if you need a neutral party or have questions
