Now that you have prepared your mindset and set a foundation, your response capacity will move you from reactivity to productivity. You can literally chose your responses in advance so you are not taken by surprise or can recover rapidly when life happens. Continual strive to be more conscious and intentional about creating what you want. After moments have occurred in your day, take an opportunity to reflect and observe your responses and choose to learn the valuable lessons that life has to offer. As it is appropriate, adjust your responses to enhance results. This cycle continues improving your life with each round. Make It Real for Your Life We invite you to find what works for you. Taking ownership of your life may require a renewed effort, but the rewards are well worth the effort and likely carry with them lasting benefits. Remember that individualizing the answers in your life (i.e.food, activities, and stress management techniques) and recognizing what’s best in the moment will help create powerful improvements and progress toward your goals. Trust the intuitive process and be adaptable as you discover the best solutions for you and your family. This is your life and you have the power to create a balance that works for you, health for all, and joy now and in the future.
