All rental events will be assessed a facility fee that is used to cover the maintenance and preservation of the space.
*All staffing for rental events have a 4 hour minimum
Rental of the theater generally requires rental of the lobby for your guests and the light and sound system in the theater. A Rental Manager must be present for all events and a rental requires a minimum of 2 staff members. Additional staff may be required depending on the nature of the event. The amount of staffing required for each rental will be determined at the sole discretion of Woolly Mammoth, and will be outlined in the rental agreement. Rental staffing include any time required for event set up and strike.
Food & Alcohol All rental events are required to use one of the catering partners listed on the Approved Caterer list. Alcohol may be sold and served on the premises; contact the Rentals Department for licensing and staffing requirements. Full-service catering typically requires the rental of the classroom space for the caterer’s prep and storage area during the event.
