EVENT SPACE GUIDE The most versatile, state-of-the-art multifunctional event facility in Downtown Las Vegas, The Venue features three floors of customizable event space. The first floor features the Grand Ballroom, complete with a built-in stage and full audio/visual sound and lighting. The second floor features five private event spaces, including three (Bugsy, Virginia, VIP Lounge) that can be separated by air-walls or combined for a unique event flow. Crowned by a Rooftop Lounge that overlooks beautiful Downtown and views of the Strip, The Venue Las Vegas is truly your event destination.

A Downtown Las Vegas hotspot offering live entertainment and cocktails, VirtueVice is also available as a private event space. An ideal setting for mixers, receptions, private parties, or the “after hours” option for attendees looking to relax and network after the main event. Accessible from within The Venue or from a private entrance off Fremont Street, VirtueVice provides an elegant yet approachable space for any meeting or event needs.
Second Floor Foyer 1,077 sqft
The Foyer provides the “hub” of The Venue’s second floor, welcoming guests upstairs and providing access to all of its event spaces. Not only that, but the Foyer is also a unique and versatile event space itself! Complete with decorative couches, chandeliers, and a floor-to-ceiling window that frames a picturesque view of Downtown Las Vegas, the Foyer is truly a multi-purpose space.
Executive Conference Room 1,360 sqft
A truly flexible space, the Executive Conference Room offers a convenient and functional design. Features include: two entry doors, access to the second floor balcony, and direct access to the Foyer for use as pre-function space. Bookended by two large LED TV screens, the Executive Conference Room is the perfect fit for any event need.
VIP Lounge 1,350 sqft
Steps away from the second floor Foyer, the VIP Lounge provides the ultimate space for event, and especially suited for entertaining and receptions. A flowing space filled with natural light via floor-to-ceiling window doors that lead to the balcony, offering guests the option to step outdoors and enjoy views of Fremont Street and Downtown Las Vegas. A built-in bar, upgraded cocktail furniture and décor, two LED TVs and House surround sound – the VIP Lounge stays true to its name in offering an elevated experience!

Extending the entire face of The Venue is the Balcony, providing views challenged only by the Rooftop space above. The Balcony offers outdoor access from both the Executive Conference Room and the VIP Lounge, and connecting via a bridge that hovers above The Venue’s main entrance.
