Annual Registration Fee:
$35.00 Individual
$55.00 Family
Annual registration fee is due at the time of enrollment and renews each year of the month you enrolled. Registration fee is not considered tuition and is not refundable for any reason. Registration is good for one year. Tuition: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. There is a $10.00 late fee added to your bill if received after the 10th of the month. Monthly tuition is due in full regardless of an absence or gym holidays. If you child attends one or more classes within the month you are responsible for that months tuition. Initial _______________ Returned Check Fee: A $25.00 fee will be added to all returned checks Dropping a Class: A 30 Day Notice is required when dropping a class. No prorated tuition or refunds apply if class is dropped mid month. If notice is not given, you will be responsible for the following month's tuition. **FOR MONTH OF DECEMBER ONLY**: In the event you drop your child's class for December only, you will be charged in January your registration fee of $35 which will be your new registration date. Initial _______________ ** Trial Class: Cost is $10.00. Students are welcome to do a trial class before enrolling, provided the class is not full and they meet the minimum requirements for the class. If student signs up day of trial the $10.00 will go towards tuition. Trial classes do not apply to team/competition levels. Missed Lessons: Missed lessons will not be refunded or deducted from monthly tuition. See make-up classes Make-up Classes: Students that miss a class may request, in advance - a make-up class of the same level they are enrolled. Students are only allowed 2 make-up classes per term. This does not apply to holiday gym closings, private lessons, or any team/competition level group. Parent Viewing: To limit distractions and prevent injury, only students and coaches are allowed on the gym floors and equipment. A viewing stadium and extra seating is provided in each facility. Class Attire: Students are required to wear attire appropriate for the class they are attending. See coach for any specific accessories needed for the class. NO FOOTED TIGHTS in any gymnastic or cheer class. NO JEANS. NO JEWELRY. Hair must be pulled back and not in the students face. No t-shirts with profane, lewd, or inappropriate words or pictures will be allowed. Class Size: There must be a minimum of 5 enrolled students on the roster to make a class. Each activity/skill level has specific coach to student ratios that are observed Switching a Class: Please let the front desk know which class you would like to switch your athlete to, and we will do our best to accommodate. This switch can happen at any time. Student Progress: Our staff is trained to equip each child with the fundamentals of each sport before advancing them. Some skills that seem simple or mundane are crucial to more advanced techniques. The student's coach will recommend advancement based on her/his periodic evaluation of skills. If you have questions about your student's progress please discuss with the coach after class. Social Media Policy: Extreme Cheer & Tumble members including athletes, parents and siblings are NOT allowed to write anything negative about Extreme or Extreme Staff at anytime on facebook, twitter, etc. Violation of social media policy may result in removal of your athlete from Extreme Cheer & Tumble. Any current tuition or past due balance will become due at that time.
