Please keep this for reference throughout the 2017-2018 season. This session begins on Monday, August 21st and ends on Thursday, May 24th, 2018. Classes for the season are based on a 9 month basis. Some months have 3 weeks and others have 5 weeks. You are guaranteed 36 classes for the season. Fees remain the same each month. DO NOT deduct for missed classes. Unless we receive “written” notification that your child is dropping a class, they are still considered an “active” student who is holding a spot in the class and therefore still owe tuition. MAKE-UPS ALL make-ups must be scheduled & approved through the office. Do not assume that the time you have come before will work every time. If you show up for a make-up class without scheduling it through the office, you will not be allowed in the class. Classes not made up within six weeks are lost. There are no refunds. You cannot schedule make-up classes if your tuition is not current. STUDIO HOLIDAYS The studio will be closed only on the following holidays. We will be open all other school, state and federal holidays unless you are notified otherwise. Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Easter

Note: There are NO make ups during Observation Weeks. It is unfair to your child & the teacher. We know there are other things going on. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions – there would be someone all the time. DANCE RECITAL/TUMBLING-CHEER EXHIBITION We have a Dance Recital every year and a Tumbling/Cheer exhibition every other year. This year we will have both. Recitals are not mandatory, but once you sign up for the recital and your outfit deposit has been paid, your outfit has been ordered. You are responsible for the balance even if you change your mind. There are no returns and no refunds on recital/exhibition outfits. The tentative dates for the annual Dance Recital are set for Tuesday, June 5th & Wednesday, June 6th, 2018, with the MANDATORY dress rehearsal on Monday, June 4th, 2018 at the Kaskaskia College Auditorium.
