Recruitment for the fall semester of 2014 was a huge success. We initiated eighteen new brothers during the semester, and have a great recruitment class for the spring of 2015. We could not have had such a great recruitment class if it wasn’t for the support that we receive from the Education Foundation. We receive donations to attend great events such as Recruitment School, and that proved to have a great effect on our recruitment performance. Recruitment School was very beneficial as it taught us how to properly recruit quality members. Another change made this year was implementing a recruitment committee so that responsibility didn’t solely rely on one person. By doing this we were able to reach out to many recruits on a more personal basis as we had more diversity to relate to the different backgrounds of the recruits. Our success this year would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the support of the alumni and the Education Foundation. The future of AGR looks bright and recruitment will continue to improve thanks to the generous support we receive. - Br. Jordan Delong
Word Dairy Expo 2014 was once again a success for the student workers of UW-Madison CALS. This past year I served as the general chair for the students at World Dairy Expo. We had a very large numbers of workers from the University and in particular from AGR. About twenty brothers helped throughout the two weeks of work. With this being the first year in the new facilities, there was a change in some of our basic duties compared to previous years. Brothers Henry Holdorf and Tyler Troiola both put in countless hours of work as they both served as Chairmen for the Grounds Committee. Brother Cody Getschel also served as a chairperson as he was in charge of the Cheesestand They did a fantastic job adapting to the needs of the facilities and exhibitors. I would like to thank all brothers who helped out and all supporters of World Dairy Expo who helped make this one of the best Expos yet for UW-Madison students! - Br. Ryan Horsens

We receive donations to attend great events such as Recruitment School, and that proved to have a great effect on our recruitment performance. Recruitment School was very beneficial as it taught us how to properly recruit quality members. Another change made this year was implementing a recruitment committee so that responsibility didn’t solely rely on one person. By doing this we were able to reach out to many recruits on a more personal basis as we had more diversity to relate to the different backgrounds of the recruits. Our success this year would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the support of the alumni and the Education Foundation. The future of AGR looks bright and recruitment will continue to improve thanks to the generous support we receive. - Br. Jordan Delong
Word Dairy Expo 2014 was once again a success for the student workers of UW-Madison CALS. This past year I served as the general chair for the students at World Dairy Expo. We had a very large numbers of workers from the University and in particular from AGR. About twenty brothers helped throughout the two weeks of work. With this being the first year in the new facilities, there was a change in some of our basic duties compared to previous years. Brothers Henry Holdorf and Tyler Troiola both put in countless hours of work as they both served as Chairmen for the Grounds Committee. Brother Cody Getschel also served as a chairperson as he was in charge of the Cheesestand They did a fantastic job adapting to the needs of the facilities and exhibitors. I would like to thank all brothers who helped out and all supporters of World Dairy Expo who helped make this one of the best Expos yet for UW-Madison students! - Br. Ryan Horsens
