Folsom Soccer Club Player/Parent Competitive Contract - Competitive Program Players and Parents: Please read the following contract for the upcoming competitive soccer season in the Folsom Soccer Club (FSC). Please sign and return the signing page to your coach. As a FSC competitive player: 1. I will follow all rules and guidelines set forth in the Player Code of Conduct*. 2. I am aware that FSC and Folsom Lake Soccer League (FLSL) have a zero tolerance policy for abuse against referees, members and participants as set forth in:  FLSL Zero Tolerance Policy Against Misconduct Toward Referees*  FLSL Zero Tolerance Policy Against Abuse* 3. I understand that failure to comply with team/club rules/guidelines (attendance, dress code, schedules, etc.) may result in loss of playing time and/or referral to the Discipline Action Committee for disciplinary action which can ultimately lead to my removal from the team and club. As the parent/guardian of a FSC competitive player: 1. I will follow all rules and guidelines set forth in the Parent Code of Conduct*. 2. I am aware that FSC and Folsom Lake Soccer League (FLSL) have a zero tolerance policy for abuse against referees, members and participants as set forth in:  FLSL Zero Tolerance Policy Against Misconduct Toward Referees*  FLSL Zero Tolerance Policy Against Abuse* 3. I understand there is a financial commitment for joining a competitive team that includes purchasing uniforms and paying tournament fees and travel expenses above and beyond club registration fees. I will pay all team, club and uniform fees by their due dates. 4. I understand that ALL competitive families are required to volunteer to serve the club in some capacity. Families can fulfill their FSC Volunteer Requirement in following ways: a) Be a comp or rec head/assistant coach, comp team manager or comp team treasurer b) Serve on the Board of directors or a committee c) Work hourly shifts – minimum of 6 hours (3 hours for U8 players. For families with multiple competitive players, there will be an additional 4 hours per additional player.) d) Pay FSC volunteer buyout fee of $20 per unworked volunteer hour 5. I understand that no reimbursement of fees will be made due to the dismissal of a player from a game or the club for violation of club rules. The BOD Discipline Action Committee (DAC) decisions on all disciplinary matters are final. * These documents can be found on the FSC website under the “Competitive” section.
