Appleby Cheshire ~ A classic Cheshire cheese made the traditional way at Hawkestone Abbey Farm by the Appleby family, an unpasteurised handmade and clothbound cheese that is moist and crumbly with a rich mouth watering finish.
Grandma Singletons Lancashire ~ Named after the founder of Singleton’s Dairy; Grandma Singleton’s is the strongest traditional Lancashire available and is aged for a minimum of ten months. It is semisoft in consistency and slightly crumbly with rich yellow colour and a strong, tangy flavour.
Blacksticks Blue ~ From Butlers Lancashire Dairy, winners of major cheese awards, a very tasty soft blue cheese, if you love blue cheese you will probably add this to your list of favorites!
Kidderton Ash ~ Hand made by Butlers in Lancashire using unpasteurised goats milk, this soft white cheese is matured and rolled in salt and ash then left to mature for 4-5 weeks when it develops a velvety-white coat and creamy texture.
