CREATING AND MANAGING SCHEDULES IN THE SCHEDULING TAB Here you will be able to list your appointments schedule as well as view and manage your schedule in different calendar views.

Add or create a Schedule with the green button on the Schedules main page under the “Scheduling” tab. This will take you to a 2nd page where you must add a location and assister.
Click to add Assister for them to receive email notifications of scheduled appointments
Select • Individual/Family Session • Group Session • Small Business Session (SHOP)

Remember to be able to create a schedule • Locations and Assisters must be created first • After the schedule has been created, you can come here to update whenever it is needed
