CREATING AND MANAGING ASSISTER TYPES IN THE ADMIN TAB Emails and SMS reminders can be customized to deliver any reminder language you would like to give the consumer before their appointment. You will be able to add customizable language and decide how soon to send out these specific reminders to consumers.
Add or create an Email or SMS reminder with the green button on the Email reminders main page and the SMS reminder main page under the “Organizations” tab.
