GIRLS HOCKEY Premier Girls Hockey Program – 10U and 12U NIHL Gold
Spring 2019 Program – Register NOW! What Chiefs Girls Hockey is All About Our Mission We want your daughter to love hockey and love coming to the rink. We create a positive and motivating environment for our female athletes where they compete at a high level and have a blast while doing it. We work hard in practices with a focus on hockey skills development, team development, and playing the game the right way. Our Results The 2018-19 season was the Chiefs Hockey Club’s first ever all-girls team. With a roster full of mostly first-time travel hockey players, we competed in 10U NIHL Gold and finished in 3rd place. Our Plan We are forming teams at the 10U and 12U NIHL Girls levels for 2019-20. Our Coaches All Chiefs Girls Hockey Coaches are USA Hockey Certified. Several are former college players. We follow the USA Hockey ADM model and support balanced ice-time.
Spring Program Details • Season: April 1st – May 31st. • $495 for 17+ on-ice sessions at the Edge Ice Arena in Bensenville, IL. • Birth Years: 2007-2010. All skill levels are welcome. • High-tempo drills with a focus on fundamental skill and hockey development in core areas like stickhandling, passing, shooting, and skating. • Weekend 3 on 3 scrimmages with an emphasis on proper puck movement and spacing. • Professional goalie development including additional goalie clinics. • Goalie clinics with separate, free registration required. • All players are required to have a Chiefs reversible practice jersey. Order from the Chiefs On-Line store. New orders will not have numbers on the back.
