Try Out – Monday October 28th – Wednesday October 30th o November 30th Varsity(4:50) JV (3:40pm) vs Woodbury at Woodbury – Scrimmage (tryouts)
Scrimmages o November 2nd Varsity only 8:15 and 10:45 in Bloomington Ice Gardens – scrimmage o November 5th Varsity (3pm) and JV (1pm) Rosemont at Rosemont – scrimmage
Recap of Golf Tournament – Sponsorships instead of the golf tournament.
Recap Parade – Shirts went very well. Fliers had 300 gave out 150 – 200. Good participation and spent $100 on Tootsie rolls and want more variety and possibly water bottles, want a vehicle which Frank will take care of. Be there 30 minutes before. Contact kids instead of parents.
New Fundraising Opportunities o Chipotle – November 11th possibly change the date because this is our home opener to possibly November 5th and a date in late January. o Drkula's – Bingo and meat raffle only on Saturdays. Commit month by month Tuesdays 6:30 – 9:30 (3 people) and Saturdays noon – 3pm (6 people) make at least $1000 – $1500 a month Possibly bowling instead of golf tournament. o Gertens – Orders due on November 15th and Karen will confirm this. Pick on Monday November 25th at 5pm. Remind parents that money from this will go into the general budget for team expenses. Karen will have packet ready for parent meeting. o Lions Club – Meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday’s of the month o FVW – Meat Raffle. o Spaghetti Dinner - $5000 and $500 for expenses.

Stipends for Coaches or direct payment vs. contract thru school. Tom is going to talk to Will about this. Have an allotted amount for coaching but if we go over budget then we have to pay them out our budget.
