Here you will find some of the staples in my everyday diet. These are things that you would find in my kitchen on a regular basis. I have also provided a long list of foods including their calories, fat, carbs and protein content. You can use this list to help you stay within a certain calorie intake or if you are counting your macros. You always want to know what you are putting in your body. However, remember not to obsess or get too caught up in counting calories. Eat real non processed foods, stay active, watch your portions and let yourself indulge from time to time. I believe if you stick to these principals you will be on your way to the most fit you!
