Entries close: Friday 12th January 2018 or when classes are full - you may be waitlisted until a scratching occurs. All riders to supply a Jump Judge. This event will not start until we have a full list of jump judges, hopefully you will only have to do 1 other class if you are riding, if you are unable to help please contact Shona to discuss your circumstances prior to entering. Riders are asked to make sure payment is made into 03-1555-0024596-00 by close of entry 12th January 2018. Unpaid entries will not be put in the draw until payment is received and will incur a late fee of $10 The draw and results will be available on Equestrian Entries. Please contact property owners Wally or Avril Hawken on 07 825 8064 should you wish to camp overnight No Dogs permitted on the property. Event run under NZPCA Rules – All riders ride at own risk Scratchings and Refunds prior to the closing date: For all classes scratchings prior to the close of entry riders can apply for an 80% refund of entry fee only. Following this date and prior to the event NO refunds will be considered without written notice and either medical certificate, or letter from a vet. *Any request for a refund must be done in writing and will be addressed post event.

Course will be open to walk from Saturday 20th January 2018. Bibs will be provided, but must be returned at the end of the day prior to receiving your written dressage test back. Dressage Callers are allowed for all classes except NZPC95, your test must be ridden from memory. All Dressage tests held in a short arena 40x20 Whips are not permitted in the dressage phase Gear Checks are compulsory at each phase, or risk elimination Helmets must display a red tag for inspection, if required please bring hat to secretary for inspection before competition Stirrups must meet the NZPCA rules – 2cm gap. Back protectors must be worn for XC – NO EXCEPTIONS

Please be advised - Riding is a high risk sporting activity. Riders need to employ best practice when competing and handling horses. Please be reminded to keep an eye out for small children and spectators or people on the ground. Please ensure you are not taking risks when managing yourself or your mount.
