HOW TO COMPLETE THE NPP CRICKET WHEREABOUTS FORM - NCF Step-1 Make sure that you have the NPP Whereabouts Form (NCF version) for the correct month. You can check this by looking in the bottom right corner of the Form. Step-2 Fill in the relevant NCF contact details on section 1 of the Submission Form, ‘National Cricket Federation Information’. Step-3 Section 2 of the Submission Form, ‘NCF Monthly Player Summary’ must be completed by listing the full name of each of the selected NPP players and indicating the dates during the month that each player will be with the national team. In addition, please provide the names of the domestic team(s) (irrespective of jurisdiction/format) that each player is, to the best of your knowledge, scheduled to play for in the following month. Please note the code next to each name (e.g. A, B) and use that code when completing the calendar. This will avoid you having to write each players full name more than once. Step-4 Section 3, ‘Address book’ of the Submission form contains an address book, where all relevant addresses for the quarter can be entered just once. When filling in the addresses in the address book you are required to enter one address per box. You must provide full details of each address as shown in the following table. Make note of the Address Labels (e.g. 1, 5, 7, 10) against the relevant addresses, as these labels will be required when populating your calendar for the month. The address labels will avoid you having to write the address in full more than once. Address Book Example ADDRESS LABEL 1

Step 5 – Proceed to section 3, ‘Whereabouts Categories’, and make note of the three different whereabouts categories and their respective codes. You will have to assign a whereabouts category to each whereabouts entry you make in your calendar. More than one category may be assigned to a single address e.g. If you have both training and matches at the Oval Cricket Ground address, London, SE15SS, UK, during the month you only need to enter the address in the address book once and then when entering details into the calendar, for days you are training use the whereabouts category code ‘RA’ and for days you are competing use the whereabouts category code ‘CO’. See example on the following page. The three whereabouts categories with corresponding codes are as follows: WHEREABOUTS CATEGORY Overnight Accommodation Competition Regular Activities

WHEREABOUTS CATEGORY CODE OA CO RA

Hotel Overnight Accommodation (OA) This category is used to describe the details of the hotel(s) where the team will be staying overnight during the month. You are not required to specify a start and end time for OA. Competition (CO) This is the category that should be used when providing addresses for venues where the team will be competing during the month. You are not required to specify a start and end time for CO.

Regular Activity (RA) The regular activity category should be used when providing details of official team training and team activities including all training camps, gyms, net sessions etc. You must specify the start and time of each RA using the 24 hour format. In all cases full address details must be provided including full street address, state/province, country and postcode. Step-6 After entering all of your addresses for the month into the address book, you should begin to input the national team’s cricket activities on the calendar (as shown on the next page) using the address labels in the address book and the whereabouts category codes as listed in section 3 of the Submission form. You must also insert the time of each Regular Activity (RA) using the 24 hour format. Overnight Accommodation (OA) and Competition (CO) activities do not require start and end times.

Note: It may be that, at the time of completing the Submission Form, you do not know what each of the NCF national team’s activities will be on each day during the month. In such circumstances, you are still required to complete the Submission Form and file it with the ICC (in accordance with the necessary deadline), providing the required information to the best of your knowledge. Step-9 Once you have completed and reviewed the Submission Form, please complete and sign the ‘Confirmation of Information’ section on the last page. Step-10 Send the completed form to the ICC at the contact details set out on page 1 of this document or page 1 of the Submission Form, keeping a copy for your future reference. Remember: If, after submitting the cricket whereabouts information for the month, you find that there is a change in circumstances which means that any part of the cricket whereabouts information previously provided is no longer accurate or complete for any NPP player, you are required to update the cricket whereabouts information to reflect those changes e.g. change of hotel, change to travel plans, changed training schedule, injury etc. Cricket whereabouts information can be updated by an NCF after submission by amending/updating the original submission Form for the month and then re-submitting the updated version to the ICC. Please note that it is a requirement that whereabouts details are updated as soon as possible after the details change. For further information about updating options please refer to the ‘NPP Cricket Whereabouts Updating Options – NCF’ document available on the anti-doping section of the ICC website (www.icccricket.com). Should you require any further information or assistance with submitting the monthly NCF cricket whereabouts information, please contact the ICC on the contact details provided on page 1 of this document.
