how will my student buy lunch? upper and middle school students: Food and beverage items are offered a la carte. Students use a cash or declining balance (debit) account through MySchoolBucks to pay for purchases. When students check out, they enter their personal identification number (PIN) and the cashier deducts the value of the meal from the account balance. For added security, a picture of the student shows up on the checkout register terminal after the PIN is entered. Students won’t be allowed to access another student’s account.

Lunch in the Lower School will consist of an entree, side dishes, a small salad, fresh fruit, and a beverage for $5.00. In addition, a wide array of new selections will be available this year. Lunch in the Experiential School will consist of an entree, side dishes, fresh fruit, and a beverage for $4.35. Parents may use a credit card to set up a declining balance account through MySchoolBucks. Lower and Experiential School students will not use a PIN number to access their declining balance account. Instead the cashier will look up the student’s account by homeroom and deduct the value of the meal from the student’s account balance.

For Lower and Experiential School students only you must fill out an enrollment form, which is available at shorecrest.org/Page/Student-Life/Food-Service or at the Central Administration Building.
