Let me start by thanking each of you for your sponsorship of this program during the 2016 season. It will soon be time to start preparing for our 2017 season and, on that note, we are offering a renewal option to the 2016 banner sponsors. Banner renewals are $350 for this season. In addition to the banner advertising, our website has been updated to include all of our sponsors complete with pictures of the banner, name, address, phone # and website. Please take a moment to check out our new website at www.gvbaseball.com. As per each year, the outfield banners will be hung at the Green Valley High School Roger Fairless Field from February 2017 through January 2018. Banners from 2016 season not renewed will come down in February. Renewal banners will only be taken down for a short time for cleaning. Our baseball program is considered one of the top programs in the state of Nevada and gains national recognition on a yearly basis whether being an individual accomplishment or team accomplishment. We have won 8 State championships and 10 Regional Championships. The money raised and donated goes towards team trips, team game and practice gear, field maintenance and equipment, etc. The program is minimally funded by the Clark County School District and the majority of the expenses come from donations/ sponsorships and from the players’ families. Enclosed is the outfield banner renewal form for the 2017 season and a copy of our tax exempt form. We look forward to your company continuing to participate in our outfield sign advertising program for the upcoming season. Thank you, in advance, for any donation/sponsorship you can provide toward the needs of our program. If you have any questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I can be reached at [email protected] or by phone at (702) 308-0145. Thank you for your support of Gator Baseball.
