The  ice  cream  cones  went  9  hours  before  they  reached  the  critical  temperature  of  0°F.   Average  temperature  loss  of  1.55°F  per  hour.

Scope:   We  tested  the  RW  Protect  Standard  Insulated  Pallet  Cover  in  a  temperature-­‐controlled   environment  to  determine  the  thermal  performance  of  the  pallet  cover  protecting  ice  cream   cones.  The  product  started  at  -­‐16°F  and  was  placed  into  a  32°F  trailer,  with  3  separate  probe   placements  on  the  pallet.  The  ice  cream  cones  went  9  hours  before  they  reached  the  critical   temperature  of  0°F.
