Esterdahl Mortuary Moline ~ Orion
You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous – how well I know it! You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. Psalm 139:13-15 These are my footprints, so perfect and small. These tiny footprints, never touched the ground at all. Not one tiny footprint, for now I have my wings. You will hear my tiny footprints, in the patter of the rain. Gentle drops like angel’s tears, of joy not pain. You will see my tiny footprints, in each butterflies’ dance, I’ll let you know I’m with you, if you just give me a chance. You will see my tiny footprints, in the rustle of the leaves. I will whisper names into the wind, and call each one that grieves, most of all these tiny footprints, are found in mommy’s heart, cause even though I’m gone, we’ll never truly part.
