Like the Israelites learning to follow Joshua after Moses, many churches today find themselves in times of transitioning leadership. Research consistently shows the average tenure of a pastor is between three and four years. These times between pastors can be difficult, but they are made a lot easier with the help of Texas Baptists, who help connect congregations with a certified Intentional Interim Pastor. This allows churches to have respected ministers lead them through times of transition, helping the church prepare to thrive with new leadership.
