Interest groups may be started anytime during the school year.
New Interest Group Checklist: Meet with Ms. Pandori, Director of Student Leadership & Activities to discuss your interest group proposal.
Gather/recruit at least 10 students wanting to participate in your interest group.
Hold informal meetings every other week at lunch on Thursday.
If you want to petition for your interest group to become an official club (club moderator, and weekly meetings) you must do the following by April 1:
Provide a summary of the year’s attendance (must have at least 10 students regularly attending).
Outline of the type of projects/activities that the group has done this year at your informal meetings.
Outline of specific activities your group would like to participate in next year.
List of clubs being offered for the next school year will be announced by the first of May. Elections for next year’s club officers will be held the first two weeks in May. Please see Ms. Pandori in the ASB room with any questions.
