S.O.P. – Truearth Amenity Standard
Introducing TruEarth Guest Room Amenities Program Summary: Effective immediately, TruEarth amenity products from HD supply will replace the previously used amenity products at all GuestHouse properties.
Objective: It is imperative that all properties first use up all of the remaining supply as long as possible. Should you end up with uneven amenity quantities (i.e. – several shampoos and no soap), DO NOT combine the old and new products in the guest room. Instead, use all of your old product before using the new TruEarth Soapery product. All Hotels are required to have the new product in place by June 30, 2016.
Procedure: Please see the setup of the new TruEarth product below. The TruEarth amenities need to be setup on the side where a guest can visually see the labels of the amenities from the bathroom door way.
