Invoice forwarding via Document Uploader The following walkthrough describes how to: ● Install the Document Uploader app (a one time process). ● Upload an invoice to the Tradeshift Platform in preparation for validation ‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐
Step 1) Navigate to the Apps in the left hand menu

If you upload your invoice in a pdf or image format it will be scanned through the Tradeshift CloudScan engine where it will undergo an electronic conversion. Important notes: 1) Please be aware that the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) recognition rate is drastically improved when using text pdf files rather than scanned image pdf files. 2) You can also choose to upload an invoice in an electronic format ‐ Tradeshift support 24 different electronic formats. By clicking the link “Show valid formats” you can see the electronic formats that the Document Uploader supports. 3) If you want to add attachments to your invoice/credit note, this is done in Tradeshift, before sending the document. Step 5) You will receive an email notification when your invoice has been scanned and is ready for validation. Press the green button:
