JOWA Dieselswitch DSMKII – Service Letter Concerns: Engine type: All Engine size: All DSMKII size: All
Since the launch of the JOWA Dieselswitch DSMKII in 2010, we have successfully supplied more than 180 units to our customers worldwide. We have a continuous development going on, in order to fulfil new customer requests as well as new regulations and authority demands. This means that during the past years, we have introduced new and enhanced functions as well as optional facilities, that might be of interest for all of our customers. Example of new function, new standard facility: Transfer Log Files: Enhanced down load of all stored data and settings, such as parameter settings, bunker classification data, changeover process data, history files and alarm records. The transfer media is an ordinary USG-stick, to be connected to the backside of the display during the download. All data is stored on the USB in excel-format for easy handling further on.

Example of new optional function: GPS-function: Beside the standard facility to store date and time for e.g. start and stop of changeover process, we can offer the possibility to display and store the longitude and latitude as well. Depending on the GPS protocoll(NMEA Protocoll) used onboard, it is also possible to have the UTC time automatically updated in the DSMKII unit.
