Class Supply List for Double Arrow Quilt Taught by Lisa Norton and Lora Zmak This pattern is available in three sizes, Wall/Baby 40 ½” x 40 ½”, Throw/Twin 60” x 79”, Queen/ King 98” x 98”. Optional kits will be available at In Between Stitches in September, includes fabric for the front for the Twin size. Call In Between Stitches to reserve your kit, 925-371-7064. Sewing machine in good working condition, plus sewing machine’s instruction manual Rotary cutter and cutting mat Neutral piecing thread Scissors Seam ripper Straight pins Fine tip marking pen – mechanical pencil or water soluble blue pen 24” x 6 1/2” quilter’s ruler or other size quilter’s ruler, 6” square for sub-cutting Walking foot and free motion foot for quilting Reading glasses! (You can only sew as well as you can see!) Double Arrow Pattern Quilt-As-You-Go supplies will be provided (batting and fabric for practice during class). Fabric Requirements For Class We love scrappy and used a variety of cream, navy, tan and pewter batiks for this quilt. The fabric line used is from Marcus Brothers called R07 Primo Batiks: Neutral Territory. These are the fabric requirements FOR CLASS. You’ll need to select your quilt size (see above) to collect enough fabrics to make the size of your choosing. The below amounts will be enough to make a 40 ½” x 40 ½” Wall/Baby size quilt. Increase your fabric requirement according to the Double Arrow pattern to create the size quilt you wish. 1/4 yard Navy 1/4 yard Navy slightly lighter than the first Navy 1/4 yard Tan 1/4 yard Pewter 1/4 yard Pewter slightly lighter than the first Pewter 1/2 yard Cream for blocks General Information Please have all supplies prior to class.
