Sewing machine in good working condition, plus sewing machine’s instruction manual Rotary cutter and cutting mat Neutral piecing thread Scissors Seam ripper Straight pins Fine tip marking pen – mechanical pencil or water soluble blue pen 24” x 6 1/2” quilter’s ruler or other size quilter’s ruler, 6” square for sub-cutting Walking foot and free motion foot for quilting Reading glasses! (You can only sew as well as you can see!) Double Arrow Pattern Quilt-As-You-Go supplies will be provided (batting and fabric for practice during class). Fabric Requirements For Class We love scrappy and used a variety of cream, navy, tan and pewter batiks for this quilt. The fabric line used is from Marcus Brothers called R07 Primo Batiks: Neutral Territory. These are the fabric requirements FOR CLASS. You’ll need to select your quilt size (see above) to collect enough fabrics to make the size of your choosing. The below amounts will be enough to make a 40 ½” x 40 ½” Wall/Baby size quilt.
