On 11/16/2017 at approximately 2232 hours, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Schoenbar Road. Officers contacted the driver Angela Inlow, age 43, who had been contacted at a prior call and found to be intoxicated. Ms. Inlow failed field sobriety tests and was charged with felony Driving Under the Influence. She was transported to the State Jail and held without bail. On 11/17/2017 at approximately 1946 hours, Officers responded to a west end business in the 2400 block of Tongass Avenue to a report of a male trespassing. Officers contacted Nicholas Bader, age 56, who refused to leave. Mr. Bader was charged with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. He was transported to State Jail and held without bail. On 11/19/2017 at approximately 0019 hours, Officers responded to the 500 block of Water Street to a report of a fight. Officers contacted Franklin Hayward, age 28, who was fighting with employees from a Water Street bar. Mr. Hayward was charged with Disorderly Conduct-Fighting. He was transported to the State Jail and released to his own recognizance. On 11/19/2017 at approximately 1915 hours, Officers contacted Cody Hansen, age 32, in the 300 block of Bawden Street. Mr. Hansen was found to have an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation. He was transported to the State Jail and held without bail.
