On 2/10/2018 at approximately 1138 hours, Officers contacted Jonathon Oaksmith, age 27, in the 700 block of Water Street. He was served a summons to appear in court, charging him with Forgery in the Second Degree and Theft in the Third Degree. The summons stem from a January 2018 case. On 2/10/2018 at approximately 2139 hours, Officers responded to the 800 block of Buren Road to a report of a male breaking the window of a cab. Officers contacted Robert Kupers, age 46. Mr. Kupers' grabbed the driver’s door, which caused the window to shatter and injured the driver. Mr. Kupers was found to have conditions of release which state he is to obey all laws. Mr. Kupers was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, Assault in the Fourth Degree and Violating Conditions of Release. He was transported to the State Jail and held on $1250.00 bail. On 2/12/2018 at approximately 0555 hours, Officers responded to a residence in the 900 block of Water Street to a report of a domestic dispute. Officers contacted Timothy Titus age 34. Based on the investigation, Mr. Titus was charged with Assault in the Second Degree-Domestic Violence. He was transported to the State Jail and held without bail. On 2/12/2018 at approximately 1122 hours, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Water Street. Officers contacted the driver Tommy Jones, age 49, who appeared intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. Mr. Jones was found to have conditions of release which state he is not to consume alcohol. Mr. Jones was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Violating Conditions of Release. He was transported to the State Jail and held without bail. On 2/14/2018 at approximately 0830 hours, Officers located a broken window at a residence in the 2400 block of Fourth Avenue. Officers contacted Brandon Allen, age 33 and Mary McLaughlin, age 21, hiding inside. Multiple items had been taken from the residence. Officers contacted the owner of the residence, who stated they did not have permission to be inside. Mr. Allen and Ms. McLaughlin were charged with Burglary in the First Degree. Both were transported to the State Jail and held without bail. On 2/14/2018 at approximately 1305 hours, Officers contacted Stephen Peratrovich, age 26, in the 300 block of Front Street. Mr. Peratrovich was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the State Jail and held on $100.00 bail.
