On 2/19/2018 at approximately 0137 hours, Officers observed a vehicle parked in the 1600 block of Tongass Avenue with two individuals inside. Officers contacted Michelle Dundas, age 44, and a male passenger. Ms. Dundas gave Officers permission to search her purse, where they found a bag of suspected narcotics. Ms. Dundas was charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. She was transported to the State jail and held without bail. On 2/19/2018 at approximately 1716 hours, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of South Tongass Highway. Officers contacted the driver Kimberly Peters, age 40, who appeared intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. Ms. Peters was charged with Driving Under the Influence. She was transported to the State Jail and released on her own recognizance. On 2/19/2018 at approximately 2123 hours, Officers responded to a single vehicle traffic collision in the 2000 block of Tongass Avenue. Witnesses stated the vehicle left the scene and was now parked at Berth 2. Officers contacted the driver Shawn Croppock, age 35, who appeared intoxicated and uncooperative. Mr. Croppock was charged with Felony Driving Under the Influence, Felony Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test and False Information. He was transported to the State Jail and held without bail.
