On 3/7/2018 at approximately 1000 hours, Officers contacted Gavin Gangle, age 24, in the 2700 block of Tongass Avenue. Mr. Gangle was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant for Theft in the Fourth Degree. He was transported to the State Jail and held on $100.00 bail. On 3/7/2018 at approximately 1149 hours, Officers contacted Lapairs Shaw, age 26, in the 2400 block of Tongass Avenue. Mr. Shaw was found to having two outstanding arrest warrants for Unlawful Contact in the First Degree and Violating Conditions of Release. He was transported to the State Jail and held on $1,000.00 bail. On 3/7/2018 at approximately 2148 hours, Officers contacted a male sleeping in his vehicle in the 300 block of Dock Street. Officers contacted the driver Michael Lemon, age 49, who appeared intoxicated. Mr. Lemon refused to submit to a chemical test of his breath. Mr. Lemon was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. He was transported to the State Jail and released on his own recognizance. On 3/8/2018 at approximately 0131 hours, Officers contacted Ryan Evans, age 40, in the 600 block of Dock Street. Mr. Evans was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the State Jail and held on $500.00 bail. On 3/10/2018 at approximately 1645 hours, Officers contacted Robert Smith, age 25, in the 2400 block of Hemlock Street. Mr. Smith was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the State Jail and held on $1,000.00 bail.
