Properties Rich dairy flavor with underlying savory notes with the consistency, mouthfeel and performance of a white sauce (bechamel).

Preparation 1. Gradually blend mix to 4 litres warm tap water. 2. Whisk until smooth. Add other cooked ingredients if desired. 3. Heat to serving temperature 74 ºC (165 ºF) for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Do not overboil.
