Learning from the Bible
Learning from the Bible Children enrolled in First Baptist Preschool & Kindergarten have the opportunity to learn from God’s word, the Bible. Three Year Olds, Pre-K and Kindergarten participate in chapel time weekly. Bible stories, scripture verses, songs and prayer time are included. Biblical concepts and stories during chapel focus on the annual school theme. This year’s theme is “Whooo? What? Let’s Find Out!” and the scripture foundation for the theme is “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God…and it will be given to him.” James 1:5. Bible stories are also part of the classroom curriculum and coordinate with the weekly thematic units.
