Living Generously

Our Missions and Outreach team works very hard all year to identify needs in our community and to organize events and activities which give us opportunities to meet those needs. Thank you to the team and to everyone in the congregation for the generous response to the Mitten Tree and White Gift Sunday. All donated items will be distributed by the Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank to brighten Christmas for those who need them most.

Nursery - Infants – 3 years old The nursery is available to all families who wish to drop off their little ones for fun and play during the 9:15 service. A pager system is used to communicate with parents during the service if the need arises.

The 2018 offering envelopes are now available for pick up in the foyer. They are in alphabetical order.

No Cash? No Problem. You can now give your gift online. Visit http://centralchurchcambridge.ca/ give.htm or

SUPPORT the MITTEN TREE for CHILDREN in NEED The Christmas tree set up in the hall is to collect new mittens, scarves and hats for children in our community in need. We are also collecting other winter clothing items for children and youth such as hoodies and snow pants. We consulted the Food Bank who will distribute the items and were told that both newly purchased and “home-made” items would be happily received. Please help us fill the tree! For those who find it more convenient to donate money rather than shop, there will be envelopes on a table beside the tree labeled “Mitten Tree for Food Bank” with a place for your name or envelope #. An income tax receipt will be given for a donation of $10 or more. We will do the shopping for you.
