LIVESTOCK MARKET REPORT 14TH APRIL 2016 NOWRA 14TH APRIL 2016 Ray White Livestock report a yarding this week with 200 head at the Nowra saleyards. Boner cows were 10-20c cheaper mainly due to the drying conditions throughout large parts of NSW and Victoria. Rain as always has a dramatic effect on supply and demand. Boner dairy cows sold to 176c topping at $1260, beef cows sold to 190c topping at $1292, bulls sold to 252c topping at $1751. Vealers and Yearling were not as plentiful this week although a larger yarding of restocker cattle were presented which sold on a very bouyant market. Prime vealers sold to a top of 361c returning at $1209. Demand for restocker cattle was strong once again with best weaner steers selling to 356c.
