Sourcing  in  an  ethical  &   environmentally  responsible     way  is  at  the  heart  of     our  business

We  are  commiGed  to  the  responsible  sourcing  of   all  seafood  by  following  good  pracBce.  This   includes  use  of  risk  assessments  to  make   purchasing  decisions  based  on  the  outcome.

Ethical Trading Requirements

Lyons  is  an  AB  member  of  SEDEX  which  assists  businesses  like  ours  to  manage  ethical  performance   &  development.       We  expect  all  our  suppliers  to  join  SEDEX,  fully  complete  the  SEDEX  self-‐assessment  quesBonnaire   and  keep  this  informaBon  up  to  date.       We  risk  asses  all  our  suppliers  using  the  SEDEX  risk  assessment  tool  and  require  that  all  SEDEX  ‘high   risk’  rated  suppliers  undertake  a  suitable  third  party  ethical  trading  audit.     Any  issues  idenBfied  by  those  audits  must  be  resolved  in  an  appropriate  Bme  frame.
