Vision
Regardless of the end use of the fishery material (human consumption/ fishmeal) the measure of a fishery’s sustainability includes labour standards. Any responsible user of the fishery acknowledges the need to source in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Strategy
Ways of Working • Open source • In partnership with SFP The Metrics • Adapting current tools and methodology • Utilising sources in the public domain • Creating a social risk assessment Reporting • Outputs – an algorithm to calculate overall risk based on a set of components • The capability to breakdown overall risk by component to identify areas of further due diligence
