Fixtures Fixture Changes due to IHA Calendar: Leinster League Round 10 moves forward from Nov 23rd to Dec 1st for D2 and D3 Rounds 1318 for D13 move back a week. R13 now on Jan 11th. Mills Cup
QF brought forward from Jan 19th to Dec 8th Semi Finals brought forward from March 8th to Jan 19th.
*Attached to the end of this document is the revised Calendar. Postponements: Clubs are reminded that refixes must be replayed with 15 days of the original fixture date. The Men's Committee will be strictly enforcing this rule. All postponements must have prior approval from the Men's Committee. Any fixture cancellations for any side in both League & Cup after 5pm on the day prior to the fixture date will be punished harshly. Clubs that postpone/cancel a match and fulfill their lower teams‘ fixtures will be dealt with severely; no exceptions. This will include docking of any points gained by all lower teams.
Registrations In recent weeks a number of changes have been made to the registration/matchcard process. The objective is to automate the process as much as possible and to ensure that the byelaws are applied in a fair and consistent manner1 . With respect to registration, there is a standard format in which registrations are submitted. For the most part this is being followed, however, the inconvenience is not significant when you get it wrong. Zip files, .xlsx etc are not that format. Matchcards are in the main being submitted correctly. (Unless they are not being submitted at all). It is important to note, that in the Weekly Summary email it lists match cards that have not been received. Registration Secretaries should take careful note of these lists failure to submit a match card will incur a €20 fine per matchcard. The match card will be deemed to be ‘Not submitted’ if it is not received by the next Monday you have a week to find the match card or give me a reason why it has not been submitted. Once the LHA has issued a fine notice appeals cost €200 no exceptions. The best way to ensure that your club does not get fined, is to make sure your team captains submit the match card by email at the end of the match. You will get an immediate receipt for that, and it will appear on the list of match cards received in the Weekly Summary. Anything else and you are subject to the vagaries of the postal service. The correct format for the email subject is the letter D directly followed by the division number, e.g. D1,D2,D3,etc or for a cup match there is a separate code (one of MLC, RWC, NDC, NVC, INT, MIN, JUN, U21. U16, GLC, WLC). There are further changes coming down the line, most significantly strict enforcement of byelaw 26 (f).

Comments have been received suggesting that the byelaws themselves might be part of the problem. We have taken note of this, and we are working to fix any flaws there.
