Recruitment Update The Kappa Omega Chapter’s first recruitment had come   faster than ever. After being established as a new colony during Spring 2013, the chapter's next move was to learn all about the recruitment process. Several workshops had been put in place, in order to have the chapter ready and prepared for the long nights to come. The workshops enabled the chapter to learn new chants and discuss recruitment logistics. Most importantly, it allowed new bonds to form and grow. The Delta Chapter at Boston University and the Zeta Zeta Chapter at Babson College were also very supportive as they came to our campus and helped us practice.

After weeks of hard work preparing for the days of recruitment, Kappa Omega pulled off memorable events, including Open House, Go Green, Live Purple Philanthropy night, Gift of Sisterhood themed night, and a very classy Preference night. Having more and more women come back each night definitely proved that our lovely ladies managed to host such a successful recruitment. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the endless hours of planning, and the efforts of our Vice President of Membership, Kyra McDonough, along with the help of Lauren Mitchell, our New Chapter Recruitment Coordinator, and Amy Gallagher, our Leadership Consultant. The Kappa Omega Chapter is proud to have welcomed 53 new members to the chapter. Article Written By: Alexandra Tarzikhan Sigma Kappa Triangle Correspondent
