MHS 2018 JUNIOR-SENIOR PROM GUIDELINES Class Dues: Senior Dues: $40 paid to Mrs. Wilbanks Junior Dues: $30 paid to Mrs. Ashbrook Class Dues must be paid to be admitted to the prom Dues will increase $10 after February 5th

o o o o Dates:

o Dates that are not MHS Juniors or Seniors must be approved by Mrs. Dominguez, MHS Principal, before prom o Dates may not be enrolled in Junior High and must be under 20 years of age o A date guest form must be completed by the Junior or Senior and submitted to Mrs. Villalobos o A $25 fee will be charged for dates that are not a Junior or Senior o Fee is paid to Mrs. Villalobos and is in addition to class dues Dress Code: o o o o

Boys may not wear earrings Boys may not have mustaches or beards Boys are required to dress in a tuxedo, or suit with slacks, a dress shirt and tie Girls will be allowed to wear strapless dresses

Leaving the Prom: o Once a student leaves the prom, they will not be allowed to re-enter o Students who leave the prom prior to 10:00 pm will be required to call a parent or guardian and make them aware that they are leaving the prom at that time o Students leaving the prom prior to 11:30 pm will be required to sign out

The Awards Ceremony will begin at 10:00 pm. Parents will be admitted beginning at 9:50 pm. No parents will be allowed into the Junior-Senior Prom prior to 9:50 pm unless there is an emergency. Immediately after the Ceremony, parents will be asked to exit the building so the students can continue to enjoy their special evening.
