Box 261 Middleboro, MA 02346 www.middleborolittleleague.com May, 2017 Dear League Officials: Middleboro Little League would like to extend this invitation to your league to participate in our upcoming 12 year old A level all-star baseball tournament at our Field of Dreams baseball complex at 50 East Grove Street, Middleboro. Formats & Dates: The Tournament format will be 3-Game Guarantee, double elimination.

6:00 pm & 8:00 pm games on Friday
10 am start on weekends
Fees and Forms: The entry fee is $400.00 per team. Please register and pay online or mail your check made payable to Middleboro Little League (address above) no later than one week prior to the tournament. Openings will fill on a first paid basis. Space is limited. Please visit www.middleborolittleleague.com for all 2017 Tournament information. Please include your e-mail address for future correspondence. Awards: Stars of the game will be recognized, with the first star receiving the game ball and ball holder. All players in the championship game(s) will get a trophy.
