3. LiqhtinqSensors:Councilreviewedthe quotefrom N/DEElectrical for the outsidelightsensorsand Councilhas decidedto tablethis matteruntilthe nextyear'sbudget. StoraoeRoomDoorSecuritvLock: Councilreviewedthe quotereceivedfrom BroadwayLock to have a securitytimed lock placedon the slorage room lockers.Councilhasdecidedtotablethismatteruntilthe nextyear'sbudget. 5 . Unit #115 repairc: Belforwill be completing the structuralrepairsto Unit #115. Theyare currentlywaitingfor the permitfromthe Cityof Vancouver and as soonas Belforreceivesthe permittheywill schedulethe work.

Art l\y'cKenzie directedBaysideto checkthe possibilitythat an invoicemay paid havebeen twice. 2. AccountsReceivable:Councilreviewedthe accountsreceivablereportand is happyto reportthat other than one unit that is goingthrougha forcedsale, thereare no significantarrearsto report. Thankyouto all thoseOwnerswho continue to keeptheirstratalot accounts uD-to-date. NEWBU S IN E S S 1 . Parkadelssues; Gouncilwould like to remindOwnersthat the parking

stalls in the undergroundparkadeare not to be used for storage. This is a violationof the City of Vancouverfire code. Any residentsthat may have items stored in their parking stall, PLEASE CLEAN lT UP IMMEDIATELY. 2 . Roof & Leak in Unit #408: Councilhas directedBaysideto have Crown Roofingdo a thoroughinspection of the roofanddrainage systemon the roof. Crownwill be askedto producea reporton repairrecommendations for the roof(if necessary). A leakwas reportedin the solariumof Unit#408. CrownRoofingwas called to attendand they believethat thereis a pipethat has brokendue to it being frozen. Crownroofingneedsto wait for the weatherto improvein orderto repairit.

3. Unit#313: The Ownerreporteda substantial ceilingleakwhichoriginated from the balconydrainfrom the unit above. EdenvaleRestorations waa calledout and ,s currently workingwiththe insurance companyto complete repairs. RoofDrains:CouncildirectedBaysideto makearrangements with Philfrom TLC to attendand checkall the drainsas soon as the snowstartsmeltinoto ensurethereareno drainsthatareplugged.

5. Proiect Report:Council hasstarted putting together a listof possible building projects for 2007. Someof theseinclude: thesprinkler system, a cardlock systemfor the exit doors,and possiblystartinga fund for futurecarpet reolacement. 6. Lost Mail Box Kevs: A reminder that if you lose your mail box kgy, it is t}|e Owner's responsibilityto roplace it. Pleasecontact a Locksmith to have it re-keyed as neithe; Baysido nor the StEta Corporation have access to the mail boxes,so thetefore do not have replacementkeys.
