Camp Overview

Mission Trip Overview

Like traditional summer camps, students will participate in worship, quiet time, as well as fun activities like: paintball, kayaking, archery, guitar, crafts, cupcakes, and more. For students completing 6th - 12th grade (2017-2018 School Year)

Students will be participating in 4 different mission activities while in Bradenton: Downtown Ministries, Food Bank, Sea Ministry, and Soup Kitchen. We will work beside students of FBC Bradenton to share God’s Love.

*Cost - $300 ($100 minimum commitment by parent)

Cost covers lodging, meals, insurance, travel, supplies, etc. Important Dates

For those completing 6th grade-12th grade (2017-2018 School Year) Daily Schedule Will be available when we have our first meeting for those attending. Daily Schedule will include meals, leader training for adults, sessions for students, worship, small group time, quiet time, free time in water parks, and more.

February 1 - Non-Refundable Deposit of $50 due to Pastor Pete February 25, March 25, April 29, May 20, June 24, July 29 - Fundraising Luncheons *Other fundraisers will be available too (work days, etc.) March 1 - Non-Refundable Deposit Balance of $50 due to Pastor Pete

*Cost - $300 ($100 minimum commitment by parent); we plan on going to Busch Gardens in Tampa, an additional cost of $105 (park plus all day dining). Cost covers lodging, meals, insurance, travel, supplies, etc. Important Dates

Location Overview - Camp Anderson (Old Town, FL) Camp Anderson is a Christian Retreat and Summer Camp that is centrally located in North Florida on the incredibly beautiful Suwannee River. Our Programming and Facilities include rustic yet modern, climate controlled accommodations, especially fun activities, exceptional food service and a staff that consists of skilled ministry professionals. www.campanderson.org *We will be fundraising through June to help bring down the cost of camp. Parents are responsible for the deposit, but we will try and raise enough funds to cover as much of camp costs as possible. It is the student’s responsibility to participate in the fundraising. Ultimately, the total cost of the camp will be based on the amount of funds available. **Any student/family backing out of camp after April 1 is responsible for the full amount of camp, whether or not a replacement can be found.

Location Overview - First Baptist Bradenton (Bradenton, FL) FBC Bradenton is a downtown church located in Bradenton, FL, about 45 minutes south of Tampa on the Gulf Coast. We will be staying in their Family Life Center, which has plenty of amenities to meet our daily needs. www.fbcbradenton.org *We will be fundraising through July to help bring down the cost of camp. Parents are responsible for the deposit, but we will try and raise enough funds to cover as much of camp costs as possible. Ultimately, the total cost of camp will be based on the amount of funds available. **Any student/family backing out of mission trip after April 1 is responsible for the full amount of mission trip, whether or not a replacement can be found.
