The maximum number of players on the field shall be no more than nine (9). One of whom shall be designated as the goal keeper. Maximum number of players on the roster shall be sixteen (16). Each player in good standing shall play at least 50% of every game. Teams and games shall be gender specific.

Law #3 Players Equipment: To conform to FIFA Law acceptable footwear may be tennis or soft cleat shoes. SHIN GUARDS are MANDATORY. Law #4 Referee: May be a registered referee, associate referee, coach or parent. All Rule/Law infractions shall be briefly explained to the offending player Law #5 Assistant Referee: Parents may be used to assist the referee in signaling the ball in and out of play. Law #6 Duration of the Game:  

The game shall be divided into two equal halves of 30 minutes. There shall be a 5 minute break between halves. Substitutions may be made because of injuries, throw-ins, goal kick, goal and half time after receiving permission from the referee.

Whenever possible, opposing teams should be placed on opposite sides of the field. Have designated area for coaches and spectators. Limit coaches to one or two in the “coaching area.” Teams shake hands after the game. No smoking or alcoholic beverages at the facility during practice and games.
