MOHA SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES February 7, 2017
The meeting was held at the flagpole on 54th Court and called to order at 10:30 AM. Board members present: Herb Zabroski, Bob Watson, Ann Ivone, Lou Bartolomeo and Tony Lepordo. First order of business: ACRs • 5930 SW 86th Place / White vinyl fence • 5555 Sw 85th Place / New Metal Roof • 8828 SW 59th Terrace / Lanai addition A motion was made by Ann Ivone to approve all ACRs; Lou Bartolomeo seconded the motion, and the motion to approve all ACRs was unanimous. Second order of business: New Christmas wreaths for the walls. Mr. Lou Bartolomeo handed out quotes for new wreaths and storage bags to preserve the wreaths. A motion was made by Ann Ivone to approve new Christmas wreaths for the walls Tony Lepordo seconded the motion and the motion to approve the Christmas wreaths was unanimous. A motion was made by Bob Watson to approve new storage bags for the wreaths Tony Lepordo seconded the motion, and the motion to approve the storage bags for the wreaths was unanimous. With no further business to discuss, Herb Zabroski asked for a motion to adjourn. The motion was made by Ann Ivone and seconded by Lou Bartolomeo. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 11:20 AM.
